  Apparently, the guy been calling My Son is stupid for a long time and I never knew until I walk into his store and start telling me all your Son is not smart for him to criticise My Son because My Son respect him and everything and for him saying that My Son is not smart it have to be dealt with because this shop I’ve been support about black community and I don’t understand why would he call black kids? They’re not smart and I’m gonna take this complaint and I’m gonna take it to the head office.

  I wandered to the Nisa on a quiet corner near Murray grov, following the glowing promise from Google Maps that the shop would be open. My little cat who walks with me and softly stomps like a distant thunder cloud trotted beside me, her tail a curious antenna tuning into the neighbourhood. But when we arrived, the shutters were already drawn, and the lights inside were dark, For a moment it felt as if time had folded strangely, like a tiny cosmic hiccup. I pressed my palm to the cool metal door and listened, hoping for the hum of a fridge or the distant rustle of tayto packets, but everything was still. My cat looked up at me with that patient feline expression that says, “the universe is unpredictable; this is simply its rhythm.” And I suppose she was right

  Love this shop it's been really handy in lockdown and the meat is delicious

  Old guy at the till (owner?) keeps trying to charge me double for products (prices change daily when he is there and you never get charged the price that was on the shelf) or add cheeky something (GBP 3-4!!!) to my final bill. He never gives receipts and when I ask for one, i usually get one where prices are amended on 80% of items. Stealing from loyal customers - absolutely ridiculous and counterproductive as I won't go back.
